Champion for the Visually Impaired

In 2005, David worked with leaders of Georgia's visually impaired community to pass a law to create audio editions of major newspapers. Georgians can access the newpapers free of charge through the Georgia Chapter of the National Federaton of the Blind. David was honored by the National Federation of the Blind for this effort.
